  • Our standard consulting rate averages between $80 and $125 per hour and varies based on customer deliverables and needs. We offer retainer rates at 10-20% below our standard rate.

Coaching

  • Naria Willis Consulting & Coaching believes in the power of coaching to help individuals grow and keeps coaching rates at accessible pricing.

    Most of our clients are able to access coaching services for $50 to $75 a session or less. We offer coaching at individual rates based on coaching needs and cadence. Unlike many practices, we do not require coaching packages and clients are able to purchase individual sessions at any time.

  • Coaching is an active, action-oriented, future-thinking practice that provides a framework to structure your thinking to help you recognize patterns, develop solutions, and evaluate outcomes. Coaching is for actionable growth and development in areas such as: career, wellness, relationships, and beyond with focuses on confidence, motivation, resilience, clarity, and so forth.

    Coaching is a non-judgmental process of active listening and idea exploration that takes place through one on one conversations between a coach and client. Coaching is more than simply talking. Coaching is done in a directed, structured manner, using frameworks to help client understand their thinking and find suitable pathways to achieve goals.

  • Unlike therapy, coaching is typically not facilitated by a licensed mental health professional and does not focus on healing past wounds or mental health conditions. While therapy may focus on the why, coaching focuses on the how.

    Most clients who come to coaching with specific challenges are able to find solutions and test solutions within three to five sessions. More complex challenges and ongoing challenges are suitable for long-term coaching. Many clients see the outcomes they desire in as little as one session.

  • Free coaching consultations serve as an intake session to prepare you for your first coaching session. We spend time in the session talking through what brings you to coaching, your experience with coaching, and will talk through our coaching philosophy and how it intersects with your goals. From there, the consultation will move into a coaching session. We will end will additional explanation of what the process will look like should you choose to continue. For first time clients, free consultations typically last from 45 minutes to 60 minutes.

    If you have coached with us before and are ready to get started on a new goal, we still recommend a free consultation ahead of your first session to ensure we are the best fit for your needs. For returning clients, free consultations typically last from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.

    We recognize the importance of finding the right coach for your needs which is why we always offer a free consultation before beginning coaching services.

  • We allow clients to reschedule coaching sessions up to two times and ask that clients reschedule with 24 hours notice.

    Coaching sessions must be used within six months of purchase.

    We encourage interested clients to utilize free consultations to assess if coaching is right for them as we do not offer refunds.

  • We offer virtual coaching only and do not offer in-person coaching at this time.
