Naria A. Willis is a Washington D.C. based leader and founder of Naria Willis Consulting & Coaching.

Naria founded her consulting practice to create a space where both people and systems can grow — where consulting delivers the strategy and structure needed for sustainable impact and progress and coaching empowers individuals to lead with clarity and purpose. She helps individuals and organizations navigate complex challenges, align stakeholders around shared goals, and deliver transformative results.

With nearly ten years of experience across the private and public sectors, working in program and project management, partnerships, and strategic communications, Naria brings both vision and execution expertise to life.

Naria holds a B.S. in International Business with a concentration in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in International Communication with a focus on Social Enterprise from American University. She has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School, earning certificates in Design Thinking and Innovation and Disruptive Strategy, as well as a Certificate in Coaching for Leadership from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Naria is known for her entrepreneurial spirit and her ability to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered. She and centers learning in everything she does and thrives in complexity. Her practice leads with curiosity, care, and intention — grounded in the belief that meaningful change starts with people, that what you water grows.
